If you wish to participate, it is important that you keep in mind the following aspects:

  1. Be of age.
  2. Only two people will be allowed per assigned space.
  3. It is important to have implements that set the assigned space, according to the products to be offered.
  4. Comply with current biosafety measures, therefore, you must have the minimum personal protection measures (permanent mask, gloves and hat, if applicable) and maintain biosafety conditions (COVID 19) for customers who approach the sample of your products.
  5. The University will supply the space, a dressed table and two chairs. If for the sample of your enterprise or business you need to enter supplies or other implements, once the registration process is finished you will be contacted for the review and formalization of their entry.
  6. You will be free to remove the products from the facilities each of the 3 days of the fair, or use the space assigned by the University to store them.
  7. The university reserves the rights of admission.
  8. The University is not responsible for losses that occur during the course of the fair.
  9. In addition to the points mentioned, if your company or enterprise is food processing or production, you should keep in mind:
    9.1 Have a medical certification stating the aptitude for handling food.
    9.2 Have certification of studies related to food handling.
    9.3. Comply with the following aspects:
    -Maintain strict cleanliness and personal hygiene and apply good hygienic practices in their work, so as to avoid contamination of food and surfaces in contact with it.
    -Wear light-colored clothing, if you use an apron it must be well tied to the body, avoid the use of pockets located above the waist.
    -Wash your hands with water and disinfectant soap, before starting the activity, every time you leave or return to the stand.
    -Keep hair tied up and completely covered by netting, a hat or other effective means.
    -Use face masks, ensuring that it covers the nose and mouth in an appropriate way.
    – Nails should be short and without polish.
    – Do not use watches, rings, jewelry or accessories that can contaminate food.
    -Use closed shoes.
    -If the use of gloves is necessary, they must be kept clean, without tears or damage and be treated as the same hygienic care of hands without protection.
  10. Do not consume food in the stand, nor smoke, do not blow your nose or spit in nearby areas.
    – If you have skin conditions or an infectious-contagious disease, you must report it in advance, as well as be aware that you will not be able to carry out direct food handling activities.
    Hygienic manufacturing requirements:
    The raw materials used for the preparation of food must be subjected to adequate cleaning and disinfection processes, using drinking water and solutions
    disinfectants.
    The containers and packaging used to handle the finished products must guarantee the safety of the food.
    The container and packaging material must be suitable and provide adequate protection against contamination.
    The packages that are in direct contact with the food before its packaging must remain in good condition, clean and properly disinfected (if necessary).
    Foods that by their nature allow rapid growth of undesirable microorganisms must be kept in such conditions as to prevent their proliferation. Have on
    account the following:
    – Keep food at refrigeration temperatures no higher than 4°C, up to 6°C maximum.
    – Foods that require freezing, guarantee the adequate condition to avoid changes in temperature.
    – Hot foods must be kept at temperatures above 60°C.
    – That is why foods that will be shipped individually must be packaged separately, in order to avoid handling or exposing them. For the
    above, the entrepreneur must have the minimum protection measures for the food and in this way guarantee the preservation of the food and the health of the
    consumers.
  11. To guarantee your participation, you must pay the total value before the stipulated date.
