CONTEST GUIDELINES IN ITS DIFFERENT MODALITIES

Music mode.

  1. You can participate in any of the following formats:
  • Solo singer
  • vocal ensemble
  • instrumental soloist
  • Band

 

  • Participants must be formally linked to the university as: Students, Graduates, Teachers or Administrative.
  • The contest is virtual, therefore, each participant must send their video in mp4 format, filmed horizontally, with good resolution and good sound, the organizers reserve the right not to project videos that do not meet a minimum image standard and sound, the video must not exceed 4 minutes in total duration, videos that exceed the established time will be disqualified before being projected.
  • The video must be attached to the registration form between October 21 and 25, 2021.
  • The best works of each modality will be awarded.
  • The verdict of the juries will be unappealable.

Modality Plastic and visual arts

  • You can participate in any of the following formats:
  • Paint
  • He drew
  • Photography
  • The theme of the work is free
  • Participants must be formally linked to the university as: Students, Graduates, Teachers or Administrative.
  • The contest is virtual, therefore, each participant must send a photo of their work, the photograph of the work must be taken with good resolution and good lighting conditions, the organizers reserve the right not to project photographs that do not comply with a minimum standard of image quality.
  • The photograph of the work must be attached to the registration form between October 21 and 25, 2021.

Dance Modality

  • You can participate in any of the following formats:

  • Partner
  • Group (three or more)

  • The contest is virtual, therefore, each participant must send their video in Mp4 format shot horizontally, with good resolution and good sound, the organizers reserve the right not to project videos that do not meet a minimum image and sound standard, the video must not exceed 4 minutes total duration, Videos that exceed the established time will be disqualified before being screened.
  • The video must be attached to the registration form between October 21 and 25, 2021.

Literature modality

  • You can participate in any of the following formats:
  • Short story
  • Poetry
  • Literary essay

 

  • Participants must be formally linked to the university as: Students, Graduates, Teachers or Administrative.
  • The story, poetry and essay must be written by the contestant and be original. It must be written in Spanish and with a wording that allows the understanding of the ideas. It must be unpublished, it cannot have been published in any type of support, it cannot have been previously awarded, nor be pending a decision in any other contest.
  • Each participant must submit their writing by October 25 at 11:59 pm. Its length must be a minimum of one (1) page, a maximum of three (3). Arial font, font size (12). Line spacing 1.5. justified. the literary essay will be evaluated under the APA standard.
  • The document must be sent in a PDF file and must be attached to the registration form between October 21 and 25, 2021.

Creativity modality to the best costume

  • The theme and technique of the costume is free
  • Participants must be formally linked to the university as: Students, Graduates, Teachers or Administrative.
  • The contest is virtual, therefore, each participant must send a video in Mp4 format, of maximum 30 seconds, filmed horizontally, with good resolution, the organizers reserve the right not to project videos that do not meet a minimum standard of image, the videos that exceed the established time will be eliminated before being projected.
  • The video of the costume must be attached to the registration form between October 21 and 25, 2021.
  • The best works in each modality will be awarded.
