CHALLENGE #5 “VALUES” VIRTUAL RALLY

“Institutional Values: for the appropriation of the Unisinú imprint”

Dear students, thank you for participating in the #5 Challenge that will take place on May 15 within the framework of Pedagogical Week 2020 and will be led by the Institutional Areas of the university.

You have accepted the challenge of participating in this virtual rally that will take you on a journey through the institutional values and which, through your ingenuity, creativity and playful inventiveness, will allow you to appropriate and live even more the mission, principles and Unisin philosophy.

The challenge consists of representing these five institutional values, investigating how each of these values is symbolized in the scenario chosen for their representation. You will take the most interesting information you find about each indicated context and make a short video, which you will send to the Drive indicated in the instructions, upon completing each challenge. The values and their contexts are:

  1. Identity: Context University of Sinú Montería
  2. Freedom: Context University of Sinú Cartagena
  3. Justice: Context University of Sinú Bogotá
  4. Solidarity: Context International scenario (they can choose a place or event that represents this value at this time).
  5. Wisdom: Context International scenario (you can choose a place or event that represents this value at this time)

Instructions on the methodology of the Virtual Rally:

  • Students will be organized into groups of five or six, who will choose a leader to represent them. The group will erect a name of their choice with which they will identify themselves.
  • The five stations (Values) do not have prerequisites, and you can start the journey through any of them.

  • The only product to be delivered at each station will be a video that will last between a minimum of 1 minute and a maximum of 3 minutes. These must be sent to the same registration link.
  • The videos must be of original production and edition and the animated ones will be valued mainly, but they may use other multimedia resources.
  • The videos will be received independently. Each time a station is completed, the respective video will be sent until the five videos are completed.
  • The rally will start on May 12 at 2:00 pm and will end on Thursday, May 14 at 8:00 pm. The groups that have sent the videos in the shortest possible time will be taken into account in the preliminary selection.

 

Evaluation and percentages, to qualify the best videos:

 

The challenge must respond to how institutional values are appropriated in the pedagogy and training proposal of Unisinú? and in each video the following criteria will be taken into consideration:

  1. Be Innovative: 20%
  2. That is Integrator of the missionary elements: 10%
  3. That demonstrates Institutional Identity: 15%
  4. Get Creative: 20 %
  5. Make it Shocking and thought-provoking: 20%
  6. That represents Freedom of expression: 15%

Awards:

 

The evaluation will take place on Friday May 15 from 8:00 am to 10:30 am and the winners will be announced the same day at 11:00 am. Only the first three places will be awarded:

  • 1st Place: Bonus of $300,000 thousand pesos redeemable in chain stores and also, the group will be credited with an appreciative note of 5.0 (Five Zero) that is equivalent to 20% over 100% of the third cut, in the subject that you choose and that is part of of one of the subjects of the Areas: Basic Health, or Exact Basics, or Humanities, or Preventive or Formative Research.

 

  • 2nd Place: Bonus of $200,000 thousand pesos redeemable in chain stores, and also, the group will be credited with an appreciative note of 5.0 (Five Zero) that is equivalent to 20% over 100% of the third cut, in the subject that you choose and that you do part of one of the subjects of the Areas: Basic Health, or Exact Basics, or Humanities, or Preventive or Formative Research.

 

  • 3rd Place: The group will be awarded an appreciative grade of 5.0 (Five Zero) that is equivalent to 20% over 100% of the third cut, in the subject they choose and that is part of one of the subjects of the Areas: Basic Health, or Exact Basics , or Humanities, or Preventive or Formative Research. Each student can independently choose the subject of their choice.
