Dear Unisinuan Student

La Universidad del Sinú Elías Bechara Zainúm seccional Cartagena, en procura del bienestar de la comunidad estudiantil y personal administrativo, ha dispuesto el siguiente procedimiento de legalización de matrículas con otras entidades.

 

El estudiante o padre de familia podrá solicitar un crédito en cualquier entidad financiera por cualquier monto, siempre y cuando el desembolso se realice mediante cheque de gerencia a nombre de la universidad o desembolso directo al titular del crédito. En este caso sólo debe realizar el pago de la matrícula depositando el cheque en Banco de Occidente o Bancolombia con el volante de matrícula del estudiante.

  1. El titular tramita el crédito ante Sufi o Serfinanza. Si el crédito aprobado cubre el 100% del valor facturado, el estudiante envía la notificación al correo supernumerario2@unisinucartagena.edu.co indicating the type of credit and the complete data of the student.

If you are going to change the joint and several debtor, you must notify the email in advance supernumerario2@unisinucartagena.edu.co to request an appointment for the signing of internal guarantees.

2.Send the renewal application to the mail supernumerario2@unisinucartagena.edu.co indicando tus datos personales (nombre completo, código, programa, celular), tipo de crédito 0020 y el valor aprobado. Debes adjuntar el volante de matrícula, recibo de servicio público de energía y fotocopia de la cedula del estudiante y del deudor solidario.

  • The university will be sending the appointment for the signing of the guarantees to the authorized email in a maximum of 3 business days, or the instructions for the non-face-to-face signing of guarantees, as applicable.
  • Once the signature of the guarantees and the fulfillment of the requirements have been validated, you will receive in your mail the notification of the activation of the credit and the flyer for the payment of the corresponding balance.
  • Adjuntar Recibo de Servicio Público de energía.

Face-to-face payment at a bank branch: In the invoice indicate the name of the bank
