Course Description
This training in innovation tools makes it possible to keep in mind different improvement tools that allow a company to generate innovation processes, as well as strategies for generating ideas for the design of new products and processes or improvements to existing ones.
There must be a connection between the production systems and the innovation models designed in the companies, they must constantly monitor the indicators of the science, technology and innovation activities established by each process. In this training it is possible to acquire skills in the identification and design of innovative ideas for the continuous improvement of production processes.
OBJECTIVE
Generate good innovation practices that allow optimizing the use of facilities, machinery and equipment in production facilities in companies and. At the end of the course the student will be able to:
- Identify the tools for innovation in foresight and business models
- Assume leadership and management responsibilities for innovation in the company
- Manage the tools, strategies and methodologies for the development of new products
