I. PURPOSE OF THE CARTAGENA DISTRICT BICENTENARY FUND
The District of Cartagena will finance up to 75% of the value of the registration through forgivable credits in Higher Education Institutions that have domicile in the city of Cartagena and that wish to join the Bicentennial Educational Fund to study undergraduate programs at the professional technical, technological levels. or college.
II. AMOUNTS AND ITEMS TO BE FINANCED
The amount of the credits will be up to seventy-five percent (75%) of the value of the tuition certified by the Higher Education Institution.
III. REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION
Applicants for the forgivable credit must meet at least the following requirements:
1. Be a graduate of official or non-official educational institutions of the District with contracted enrollment, of the last five (5) years.
2. Have a SISBEN score between 0 and 80 points.
3. Be admitted to a program at the University of Sinú Sectional Cartagena.
4. Have satisfactorily completed the immediately preceding level or academic period, for students entering the second semester onwards, and have a minimum average of 3.2.
5. Have a tutor who will act as a joint and several debtor and must carry out the credit legalization procedures together with the student.

3. Coverage Component: This component refers to the tuition fee for the academic program chosen by the applicant. The qualification will be made according to the value of the registration, giving a higher score to the lowest value.
IMPORTANT:
• Those who do not meet all the requirements will not be included in the selection list, nor will they be considered as applicants.
• The veracity of the information registered in the application forms will be the responsibility of each one of the applicants. Therefore, the validation of the information will be carried out based on the information provided. That is, those who do not legalize it within the term indicated in each call and those who have filled out information or submitted inconsistent documentation in accordance with the legalization supports will lose their right to the benefit.
• Real contact information must be filled out, that is, the data of email, cell phone, telephone, address must be complete and correctly written, both those of the student and the tutor, because the legalization process will be carried out through email. of credit.

Once the forgivable credit has been awarded, the student must constitute the dematerialized promissory note and letter of instructions through the web tool provided by ICETEX. The beneficiaries will have an electronic platform for uploading the following supporting documents within the stipulated deadlines and dates

2. Photocopy of the identity document of the beneficiary
3. Photocopy of the guardian's identity document.
4. Photocopy of a home public utility bill from the applicant's place of residence, stating socioeconomic status.
5. Photocopy of SISBEN score
6. Certificate of income and withholdings for the immediately preceding taxable year or work certificate of the guardian.
7. Blank promissory note and letter of instructions duly completed by the beneficiary and his guardian. The signatures and fingerprints of the letter of instructions must be authenticated before a notary.
Academic:
1. Proof issued by the Institution of Higher Education that contains the value of the enrollment per semester or per year of the period to study, semester to study and academic program.
