The student community is informed of the changes in the enrollment process that apply as of the 2019-2 period. Students who finance their tuition with banks, cooperatives or ICETEX, may finance a maximum of 95% of the tuition value, the remaining 5% must be paid in cash at any Banco de Occidente office within the dates established by the University.
Procedure for financing with financial institutions:
- Request the Credit before the chosen Entity
- When the requested credit is approved up to 95% of the Registration Value
Go to the Credit Office of the Universidad del Sinú (Plaza Colón Headquarters) and
withdraw the financing form UNICRED. - Fill out the UNICRED form in all its sections and authenticate the Promissory Note and the
authorization to consult Central, in case of not authenticating the documents
above, you can appear with your Co-signer for the signature and imprint of the
documents in the presence of a Credit and Portfolio official. - Mandatory presentation of the original Letter of Approval from the Bank before the
Ordinary or Extraordinary date with the form UNICERED. - Present a copy of the identity card of the co-debtor and the student.
- Keep in mind that for the delivery of the Enrollment Payment Flyer, the procedure
It will be done within 24 hours. - After 24 hours of delivery of the documents you can download your
tuition payment flyer for the corresponding balance.
Procedure for ICETEX Credit renewals.
IMPORTANT!
These procedures must be carried out in person at the credit and portfolio office, located at the Plaza Colón headquarters. If for some reason you cannot come, you can authorize someone in writing to pick up the forms and present them signed and notarized.
- Meet Paz y Salvo with the University and with ICETEX.
- Appear with your co-signer for the signature and imprint of the promissory note and the forms
of legalization. - Submit two copies of the signed data update.
- Copy of the last energy bill.
- Copy of identity card of the co-debtor and the student.
- Certificate of Grades downloaded from the self-service (ELYSA Platform).
- Valid registration receipt.
Procedure for ICETEX credit legalizations
- Bring the required documentation according to the approved line of credit.
